Date in Indy SMTP connection

When I use Indy IdSMTP to connect and send mail, the time zone seems to be
off and I can't find a place to set it.  It doesn't matter which server I
connect to and which machine it's run on, the mails com in with the header
entry,

Date: Tue, 1 Nov 2005 08:29:01 +0800

When it should be -0800. This makes the spam filters suspicious. Does anyone
know how to set it to the correct time zone? Strangely it was +0700 during
Daylight Saving Time.
