I recently converted an app from D5 to D2005/Indy10. In this application I
use IdIcmpClient to ping a host address. What I now find is that the
MsRoundTripTime is always returns 0 even when the trip takes longer than
1ms. This has been a new issue since I ported the code to D2005. I have
done a number of newsgroup and web searches and haven't found any relevant
posts. Any help suggestions are appreciated!
