I am trying to setup a simple CGI to run on a Windows 2003. I put it in a
directory that I set 'execute permissions' to 'scripts and executables' but
I get a 404 error everytime, saying the URL is found. If I change the
settings of the directory to just a 'read', I can use the same URL and
download the CGI.
Any ideas what I might be missing?
