Periodic Transmissions

Hello all,

I've worked with the indy TCP components a bit, but up until now, its
been with all the logic coming from the client requests.

I want to change an existing application and make it a TCP server that
clients connect to and stay connected.  When a certain event happens on
the server, I want to send a binary file to each client that is
conneted to the server.

Not sure about how that would work and still be threadsafe...  Any
suggestion would be appreciated.
