I am wondering if it is possible to work out the date of a file, lets
say for example:
www.somewebsite.com/somefile.pdf
I know it is possible to find out if the url is valid, but I am interested
in the date that the file has on the server...
I am trying to do some checks to only download some files if they have
changed date since the last check.
I would like to use Synapse to do this, if possible, but will take Indy,
ICS, etc...
