Hi,
I would like to develop an app in Delphi that blocks all outbound socket
connections until the user provides a username/password to the app. Any idea
how to do this? Pointers to code, etc., would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using D4 (yes, I know it's ancient). If I can get by with it, great.
Otherwise I'll upgrade.
