Hi all,

I have a 3-page biography of a particular literary figure; is it better to
name the pages:

www.example.com/joe-schmoe1.html
www.example.com/joe-schmoe2.html
www.example.com/joe-schmoe3.html

or
www.example.com/joe-schmoe-1.html
www.example.com/joe-schmoe-2.html
www.example.com/joe-schmoe-3.html

I ask because I wonder if the search engines will separate schmoe from the
numbers, or whether I need to help them out with that or not. Joe Schmoe's
name is much searched-for.

If it is just words, hyphens are best, but I've never really thought about
numbers before.

Thanks for your thoughts!

best,
Denise
