Hi,
I have a website with a Google Toolbar PR of 5/10. A customer of mine
placed a banner ad on our site and subsequently saw their own website's
PR increase from 0/10 because they had an inbound link from my 5/10
site.
So, if I link to any sub-5/10 PR website, will their site's PR increase
too? If so, does this not lead to people charging for link placement on
high PR sites, kind of cheating the Google PR system?
