Search results: Equal chance of exposure

Google has become a monoculture, since people searching for the same
thing are shown search results ordered in the same way, and almost all
people only read the first 1~3 result pages. While the first page is
certainly the most popular and fundamentally important, this does not
give other results a reasonable chance to get attention.

I think a search engine should provide an option to show a random
result page (but still of good quality, such as overall keyword
distance) or a result page that has been least viewed by other users.
