Hello all

I have a website in php that i am re-developing. (not me, someone, for
me)
I have in that site more than 10.000 pages indexed in google and i need
them to continue to be indexing.

The pages are not search engine friendly however google seems to like
the pages because indexes them all.

Option 1

I dont know if in the new code of the site i should maintain the same
urls or not.
And if i choose to maintain the same
"not-friendly-url-but-that-google-likes-them", how do i do that?
I mean, i just put the new site with the new code online and remove the
old site?

Option 2

Or should i have the new site with friendly URLS?
But if i change the URLs what will happen to the 10.000 pages indexed
with the old urls? What will be the best way to do this?

Option 3? - Maybe there is an option i dont know, if you can be so kind
to let me know i would appreciate.

One final note: I have made small changes in the content of most of the
10.000 pages, not much, basically the pages are articles, i have
updated the articles in their categories, corrected a few mistakes etc
Also the title of the pages will be changed.

Another thing: the page css is not yet defined. I believe that the new
pages should have a structure that would be seo friendly. Can anyone
tell me if there is a website with the most correct page structure
online that i could send to my coder so that he can implement it when
building the page?

Many thx
eu
