I have a client that wants to go with paid Google adwords search. I
think their budget is about $100 - $200 per month. We have selected the
keywords we want to use. If we sign up with Google adwords with a
budget of $200 per month how do we know how much we are paying for per
click?

We have the correct meta keywords stored on the home page, but so far
we do not rank very high with Google, what are some other tips in order
to rank high with free search?
