Can anyone tell me what this update is all about?

So far I see no change in PR no change in rankings.

What I do see, update in backlinks

I also suspect some minor results changes, for example 'maleisie' and
'maleisië' used to give the same results, now they give different results
but the weird thing is that both 'maleisie' and 'maleisië' are still treated
as one word in highlighted results

Anyone else noticed any weird stuff going on?
