Hello Everyone,
I have a vertical news blog that is a sub-domain off of my main site. The
news blog is doing fine for many keywords. However, several archived pages
contain links to original articles that are now broken.
The main site and the current blog page has no broken links - only the
archives contain broken links and the archives are indexed and have PR.
Trying to delete or fix the broken links would be a big job.
Do the broken links on the archive pages negatively effect the SERPS for the
main site and/or the blog? Can I just let them exist without penalty?
