Hi all, I would like to know where is the best place (country) to host
my site. I know that IP location makes a difference for search engines.
Right?

Imagine next situation,
I want to offer a service in Spain (Madrid) for an American citizen.
Should I host my site in Spain (where I offer my service), or should I
host it in USA (where my potential clients are)?

Any help would be appreciated
