Why no JavaScript for search engines

Just wondering why? With all the competition you would think if someone
came up with a way to link HTML as well as read JS and maybe even flash,
that would make the different and perhaps put them at an advantage,
over say Google.

Is it technically unfeasible at present to do this?

You would think with so many trying to take on Google to be able to say,
we can read JavaScript would be an asset
