Does anyone remember the name/URL of the "Octopus" search engine?

I'm looking for a search engine I know was around about six years ago.
It had a name like "Octopus.com" (but that wasn't it- I checked the
Wayback machine at archive.org) and I think it had a logo of an octopus.
It used people to answer questions instead of an algorithm. And they
answered the questions in real-time.
