I'd like to introduce you new service which may benefit webmasters of
family-friendly sites in English.

PagerankToplist.com is a topsite rating websites according to their
Google PageRank
(further PR).
The unique feature of PagerankToplist.com is the fact that links back
to participating
sites are direct (static, not using any dynamic scripts) thus passing
Google PR to them (clicks are tracked by JavaScript).
Furthermore, since all sites are grouped by categories, PR they get is
"relevant".
So, one can use this service as replacement for classic link exchange.
The higher PR website has, the higher position it will get in topsite
and thus receive more traffic back.
