a couple of weeks ago, while checking backlinks to a website of mine on
Google, to my surprise I found a backlink from amazon.com! I understood
that it was due to a Google AdWords ad of mine. Then my position on
AdWords went down and I lost that backlink.
So, AdWords helps link-popularity, provided that high position is
reached.
However, does this work on amazon.com and a few other websites only
(without a standard AdSense format)? Or does it work with all AdSense
ads on all websites?
If so, this would build up a strong link-popularity (of course, the
AdWords campaign should going on, so that Google bots always find the
ads and the links).
